光化学荧光法测定蔬菜中残留的氯菊酯
在pH 9.29 的B-R缓冲溶液中, 氯菊酯在紫外光照射下发生光化学反应, 其荧光强度明显增强,激发波长为281nm,发射波长为330nm, 由此建立了氯菊酯的光化学-荧光分析法。方法的线性范围为0.004μg/ml---0.036μg/ml, 检出限为0.14ng/mL, 相对标准偏差为1.0%。方法用于蔬菜中氯菊酯残留的测定,结果令人满意。
A new fluorimetric method based on photochemical reaction for the determination of Propoxur has been developed. It was applied to the determination of Propoxur in vegetables. The method is simple, rapid and easy to operate. The linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration of Propoxur is kept in the range of 0.004μg/ml -0.036μg/ml . The detection limit is 0. 14ng ? mL-1.The method has been applied to the determination of residue propoxur in vegetable with satisfactory results.
