飞轮储能式电动汽车充电站的分布式协同控制策略
摘要:电动汽车的大功率充放电对于电网而言是大功率脉冲式负载,突发式负载对电网危害较大。为此介绍了一种基于飞轮储能系统(Flywheel Energy Storage System, FESS)的电动汽车快速充电站,并给出了一种分布式协同控制策略。该控制策略采集了快速充电站内不同设备点处直流母线电压信息以平衡网侧变换器、电动汽车充电器以及FESS间的功率,采用两级控制方法,二级控制器基于电压观测器,利用动态一致性算法不断调整该设备点的直流母线电压。最后采用dSPACE进行实时仿真验证了该控制策略的优越性。

Abstract:As for power grid both charging and discharging power of electric vehicles are high-power pulsed loads, and such loads may jeopardize the secure operation of power grid. A fast charging station with flywheel energy storage system (FESS) for electric vehicles was presented, and a distributed cooperative control strategy, in which the voltage information of DC-bus located at different equipments within the fast charging station was collected to balance with the power among grid-side converter, electric vehicle charger and FESS, was proposed. In the proposed control strategy a two-level control method was utilized and the two-level controller was based on voltage observer and the DC-bus voltage located at the equipments was continuously adjusted by dynamic consensus algorithm. To verify the proposed control strategy the real time simulation was performed with dSPACE, and simulation results show that the proposed control strategy is feasible.
