考虑设备敏感特性的单次电压暂降事件分级评估方法
摘要:对于单次电压暂降事件,得到其评估值后,在没有比较基准的情况下,无法直观地知晓其严重程度。本文提出了考虑设备敏感特性的单次电压暂降事件分级评估方法。在暂降能量指标的基础上,根据典型的设备耐受曲线的严重性评估结果拟合设备免疫水平概率分布函数;计算单次事件引起设备的故障概率,基于层次分析法得到设备综合故障率;利用设备故障率构造修正函数来修正暂降能量指标,基于电网中490组历史暂降样本,通过对修正后的暂降能量指标进行概率统计分析,拟合其概率分布函数,计算其概率分位数,作为比较基准值;根据单次事件修正后的评估指标与基准值的大小关系建立电压暂降严重性评估等级。通过对电网中100组实测暂降样本进行分级评估,将暂降能量指标修正前后的结果进行对比,验证了本文方法能有效地克服暂降能量指标的过度评估,并且评估结果更加直观、合理。

Abstract:As to single-event voltage sags, it is still difficult to know how serious they are even after the assessment value is got because there's no reference value. A novel classification method for assessing single-event voltage sags is proposed with the consideration of equipment sensitivity. Firstly, the probability distribution functions of equipment immunity level are fitted according to the severity evaluation results of typical tolerance curves of equipment using the voltage sag energy index. Then the probability of equipment failure caused by single-event voltage sag is calculated, and the comprehensive failure rate is obtained based on the analytic hierarchy process. Further, the sag energy index is modified by constructing a correction function by using the comprehensive failure rate as the input variable. Based on 490 groups of measured sag samples, a large amount of modified sag energy index values are calculated to carry out probability statistics analysis, its probability distribution function is fitted, and several probability quantile values are calculated to be used as the reference value. In the end, the classification levels of voltage sag severity are established by comparing the modified evaluation index with the reference value. It is testified that the proposed method can efficiently reduce the evaluation error of the sag energy index by comparing the results before and after modification of sag energy index through classification evaluation of 100 measured sags samples of power system, and assessment results are more intuitive and reasonable.
