基于柔性软开关的主动配电网两阶段鲁棒优化运行
摘要：随着分布式发电机(distributed generator, DG)大规模并入配电网，负荷与DG出力的随机性和波动性给配电网的运行带来了很大挑战。基于柔性软开关(soft open point, SOP)在潮流控制、无功补偿方面的优势，建立以主动配电网运行成本最低为目标函数的两阶段SOP鲁棒优化运行模型。第一阶段，生成每个时间段的SOP运行策略和开关的动作情况，以最小化运行成本；第二阶段，在预定义的不确定性集中寻找配电网运行的最恶劣场景及相应场景下的最小运行成本，并通过调整鲁棒调节参数，灵活地改变运行方案的保守程度；然后利用列约束生成算法和对偶理论，将原问题分解为主问题和子问题进行交互迭代求解；最后，以改进的IEEE33节点系统为例，验证了所提方法的有效性和安全性。
Abstract:With the large-scale integration of distributed generator (abbr. DG) into the distribution network, the randomness and volatility of load and DG output have brought big challenges to the operation of the distribution network. By means of the advantage of soft open point (abbr. SOP) in power flow control and reactive power compensation, a two-stage SOP robust optimization operation model, in which the minimized operation cost of active distribution network was taken as the objective function, was established. In the first stage, the operation strategy of SOP and the switch action conditions in each time interval were generated to minimize the operation cost. In the second stage, the worst scenario of the distribution network operation and the minimum operation cost under the corresponding scenario were found in the predefined uncertainty set, and by means of adjusting the robust regulation parameter the conservative degree of the operation scheme could be flexibly changed. Finally, by use of column constraint generation algorithm and duality theory, the primal problem was decomposed into the main problem and the sub-problem, and they were solved by interactive iteration to obtain the optimal solution. Taking the improved IEEE 33-bus system for example, both effectiveness and security of the proposed method are verified.
