基于知识图谱的交直流大电网断面越限处置策略快速生成方法
摘要:为快速有效地消除断面越限,保障大电网安全稳定运行,提出了基于知识图谱的交直流大电网断面越限处置策略快速生成方法。首先,分析了调度领域知识的特点及知识图谱技术的适用性,明确了面向电网异常与故障处置的调度知识来源,提出了调度领域知识属性图模型构建方法及基本原则。然后,以功率灵敏度为基础,综合考虑重载线路运行风险,推导了输电断面传输功率与节点注入功率之间的综合功率灵敏度计算方法,提出了基于反向等量配对调整法的断面越限处置策略计算方法,设计了基于知识图谱的交直流大电网断面越限处置策略快速生成实现流程。最后,以某实际电网为算例,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:In order to eliminate the transmission section overload quickly and efficiently to ensure the secure and stable operation of large-scale power grid, a knowledge graph based method to rapidly generate disposal strategy for transmission section overload in large-scale AC/DC power grids was proposed. Firstly, the features of the knowledge in grid dispatching domain and the applicability of the technology of knowledge graph were analyzed, the source of dispatching knowledge oriented to abnormal grid and fault treatment was determined and the method and basic principle to construct property graph model in power grid dispatching domain were presented. Secondly, on the basis of the power sensitivity and overall considering operational risk of heavy-loaded transmission lines a method to calculate the comprehensive power sensitivity between active power of transmission sections and nodal injected power was derived and based on the adjustment of equal and opposite quantities in pairs a calculation method for disposal strategy of transmission section overload was proposed, and a knowledge graph based fast generating and implementing process for transmission section overload disposal strategy of AC/DC large scale power grid was designed. Finally, taking a certain practical power grid for example, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
