计及风功率波动的交直流系统区间最优潮流计算及直流潮流控制器的配置
摘要:为描述风功率波动等电力系统运行参数的不确定性对系统的影响,掌握系统的区间潮流分布,提出一种基于区间和仿射算术的含直流潮流控制器(DC power flow controller,DCPFC)的交直流混合系统区间最优潮流计算方法。首先,合理利用区间和仿射算术建立区间潮流模型,采用静态安全指标(static security performance index,VSSPI)灵敏度计算方法确定了DCPFC在直流电网中的最佳配置位置,进而建立了含DCPFC的区间潮流优化数学模型,将系统的新能源发电出力等不确定量表达为区间变量,兼顾系统的网络损耗和静态安全性,运用基于精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)进行模型求解,得到在空间中均匀分布的Pareto最优解集。最后,利用MATLAB仿真算例验证了该方法在计及风功率波动的同时,能够使系统的网络损耗和静态安全指标趋于最优。

Abstract:To describe the affections of power system operational parameters such as the uncertainty of wind power fluctuation etc. on power grid and to master the interval power flow distribution in the grid, based on interval arithmetic and affine arithmetic, an optimal interval power flow calculation method for AC/DC hybrid power system containing DC power flow controller (DCPFC) was proposed. Firstly, an interval power flow model was established by rationally utilizing interval arithmetic and affine arithmetic, and the static security performance index (SSPI) sensitivity computing method was used to determine the optimum location in DC grid to configure the DCPFC. Secondly, an interval power flow optimization model containing DCPFC was established, by which such uncertainties as the power output generated by new energy and so on were expressed as interval variables. And then giving consideration to both network loss and static security of power grid the established mathematical model was solved by elitist strategy based Fast Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA II) to obtain the Pareto optimal solution uniformly distributed in space. Finally, the proposed method was verified by MATLAB simulation example. Simulation results show that the proposed method can make both network loss and static security indices of power grid tending to optimum under the wind power fluctuation.
