面向中压直流配电网的光伏发电接入技术综述与分析
摘要:未来智能电网中,以光伏为代表的大容量新能源接入中压直流配电网,是重要的能源汇集技术发展路径。近年来光伏发电接入交流电网和低压直流电网的研究已有丰富成果,相关技术日臻成熟,然而针对光伏发电接入中压直流电网的研究仍然较少。深入调研了中压直流配电网的发展趋势与需求,并系统全面地分析了已有的光伏发电接入低压直流电网技术,包括第一级变换和第二级变换的电路拓扑和控制策略。在对各类技术方案进行比较分析的基础上,指明了可行的大容量光伏发电接入中压直流配电网解决方案:第一级采用差分功率处理电路,第二级采用隔离型DC/DC变换器输入串联输出并联(input-parallel-output-series, IPOS)架构。论文工作可为未来接入中压直流配电网的光伏直流汇集系统开发提供参考。

Abstract:The medium voltage DC distribution network is a significant technology for future smart grid with the integration of large-capacity renewable energy, typical as photovoltaic power generation. During recent years, most researches on photovoltaic generation focus on the integration into AC grid or low voltage DC grid, and the less on the integration into medium voltage DC grid. The development trends and specific demand of medium voltage DC distribution networks were in-depth investigated; the existing integration technologies of photovoltaic generation into low voltage DC grid were discussed, including the topologies and control strategies in the first and the second conversion stage. Based on these, the feasible solutions were proposed: the differential power processing circuits can be employed as the first conversion stage and the input-parallel output-series (IPOS) structure can be used for the second conversion stage to achieve high efficiency and high voltage transfer ratio simultaneously. The results can take great reference for the development of future photovoltaic DC integration.
