新型储能商业化运行模式分析与发展建议
摘要:加强以新型储能为代表的调节性资源的建设是构建新型电力系统的关键环节。新型储能的商业化应用对增强电源、电网的可调度性和负荷的可调节性,确保电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要意义。首先,对新型储能的功能与应用场景进行介绍,并对新型储能在电源、电网和负荷侧的三种典型应用场景——“一体化”建设、辅助服务市场、用户侧布置进行介绍,分别归纳总结商业运行模式,提出商业化应用技术需求,并展望未来市场空间。最后,结合以上分析和预估,对新型储能商业化发展提出建议。
Abstract:Strengthening the construction of new energy storage as the representation of regulatory resources is a key link in building a new power system. The commercial application of new energy storage is of great significance to enhance the dispatchability of power supply and power grid and the adjustability of load, and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system. The functions and application scenarios of the new energy storage are overviewed. Then, from the prospective of power supply, power grid and load side, three typical application scenarios, that is, "integration" construction, ancillary service market and user-side layout are discussed. Meanwhile, the business operation modes are summarized respectively. The technical requirements for commercial application are presented and the future market space is prospected. Finally, based on the above analysis and prediction, relevant suggestions for the commercial development of new energy storage are put forward.
