新型储能应用场景与商业模式综述
摘要:在国家“30·60”战略推动下,电力系统将向着以新能源为主体的新型电力系统飞速发展。新能源的大规模接入与用户侧资源的深度挖潜,电网传统调度手段已难以支撑安全稳定的电力供给。新型储能作为近年来蓬勃发展的一种可调灵活资源,对填补电网日益扩大的调节能力缺口与可再生能源的高效消纳起到关键作用。首先阐述了新型储能的重点储能品类及其自身优势;在此基础上,分析新型储能在新能源按比配储、火储联合、5G基站应用、电动汽车、虚拟电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)五大电源侧与用户侧新兴场景下的技术应用与盈利途径;再次以青海示范为例,研究了共享储能的商业运营模式,并围绕优化配额与多维调用两个角度对共享储能提出降本增效的建议;最后简要探讨了新型储能在远景年的展望。
Abstract:Driven by the "30·60" national strategy, power system will develop towards the new type of power system rapidly which dominated by new energy resources. The access of large-scale of new energy resources as well as the in-depth exploration of resources in user side have made it difficult for traditional dispatching methods to support the safe and stable power supply. New energy storage, as an adjustable and flexible equipment that has flourished in recent years, is useful for filling the growing gap in regulation capacity of power grid and consuming renewable energy effectively. First of all, this article elaborates on the significant energy storage categories and their own advantages. On this basis, analyze the technical application and profit path of five emerging scenarios in power supply side and consumption side, including new energy resource configurating energy storage, thermal power plant equipped with energy storage, 5G base station application, electric vehicles, virtual power plant. And then the Qinghai province demonstration is used as an example to discuss the business operation model of shared energy storage, and some suggestions are proposed to increase the return on investment for operators from optimizing quota and multiple delivery. Finally, briefly discusses the development of new energy storage in the long-term year.
