基于大数据平台的新能源智能化运营监管技术
摘要:为突显大数据平台的新能源电站远程监控、数字智能运维与决策的作用,解决新能源大数据“大而不精”,缺乏深度的大数据分析、智能化应用,无法有效指导生产运维等问题,依托于中国大唐集团新能源大数据平台建设,提出一种基于大数据平台的新能源数字智能化运营监控技术。通过建立集团风电、光伏生产数据质量标准化体系,实现边缘端生产运维数据采集规约标准化并下发算法模型进行边缘计算,在云端采用“云边协同”架构,监测数据质量,生成生产应用处理方案,以实现实际应发电量等指标的实时监视。同时开发新能源智能化运营的智能分析平台、系统优化平台、专家支持平台、资源评估平台,依次完成“全面体检-系统优化-疑难杂症分析-资源数据支撑”。搭建成行业领先的基于“监控区”“功能区”双区建设的数字智能化运营监控平台,实现“集团、区域、场站”三级跨域的新能源数字智能化运营与监管。可为基于大数据平台的新能源智能化运营监管建设提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract:In order to highlight the role of big data platform in remote monitoring, digital intelligent operation and maintenance and decision-making of new energy power stations, solve the problems of "large but not precise" big data of new energy, lack of in-depth big data analysis and intelligent application, and can not effectively guide production operation and maintenance, relying on the construction of China Datang Group new energy big data platform, This paper proposes a new energy digital intelligent operation monitoring technology based on big data platform. By establishing a group of wind power, photovoltaic production data quality standardization system, realizing the standardization of operational data collection code edge side edge computing and distributed algorithm model, adopted in the cloud side of "cloud synergy" architecture, quality of monitoring data, generate the production application processing scheme, in order to realize the actual should be real-time monitoring indices such as output. At the same time, the intelligent analysis platform, system optimization platform, expert support platform and resource evaluation platform for the intelligent operation of new energy are developed, and the "comprehensive physical examination-system optimization-analysis of difficult diseases-resource data support" are successively completed. Build an industry-leading digital intelligent operation monitoring platform based on the construction of "monitoring area" and "functional area" , and realize the multi-domain digital intelligent operation and supervision of new energy at the three levels of "group, region and station" . It can provide reference for the construction of intelligent operation supervision of new energy based on big data platform.
