Abstract:Aiming at the problem that "inefficient" or even "ineffective" tie lines cannot really play a role in load transfer under fault conditions, and considering the uncertainty fluctuations brought by the large-scale access of wind power to the tie lines, an energy efficiency evaluation method for tie lines in distribution networks considering uncertainty is rasied. Firstly, the influencing factors of the safety transfer capacity of the tie line are analyzed from three aspects: the capacity of the tie line, the capacity of the backup power source, and the uncertainty fluctuation of wind power. Secondly, based on the multi-section power flow calculation sequence of the grid, a time series connection line performance analysis calculation process is established, and the effective transfer area is obtained based on the calculation results. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by an example of an actual power grid in a region in East China, and the application of tie-line efficiency analysis was discussed.
