Abstract:According to the physical model of photovoltaic cells and the output characteristics of photovoltaic arrays under different illumination intensity and ambient temperature, the theoretical analysis and implementation of the maximum power tracking control based on Boost circuit are carried out. The work principle of three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is discussed. And the three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected system is built in PSCAD/EMTDC. The model construction of 20MW photovoltaic power station is carried out by using PSCAD simulation software, and the simulation of the grid-connected process is carried out to analyze the impact on the power quality of the grid. Finally, a feasible solution is proposed and simulated.
