分布式能源商业模式重构与创新展望
摘要:分布式能源不只是一种能源利用方式，更是经济发展重要的着力点。分布式能源具有前期投资成本高、回收期长、收益不确定性强等特点，目前项目正常盈利更多靠国家和地方的优惠政策，分布式能源产业规模尚未形成，亟需从投融资、业务发展、建设运营等方面进行创新。在投融资方面，提出多元绿色金融体系、融资租赁、优质企业担保、能源合作社、互联网平台融资五大面向分布式能源企业的新型融资模式；在业务发展方面，提出发售与发配售一体化模式、多能源供应的区域能源互联模式、“互联网＋”能源模式、综合能源服务模式、技术服务模式等新业态；在建设运营方面，提出积极培育规模化能源服务公司。成熟的商业模式是在未来补贴退坡形势下打造分布式能源经济新蓝海的重要引擎。
Abstract：Distributed energy is not just a way of energy utilization, but also the important focus of economic development. With characteristics of high initial investment cost, long payback period, revenue uncertainty, the normal profit of distributed energy projects more depends on preferential policies of national and local, so that the distributed energy industry market has not formed. There is an urgent need for innovation in the investment and financing mode, business development, construction operation mode and so on. In terms of investment and financing, this paper presents five new financing model for distributed energy companies, including building green financial system, financial leasing, high quality enterprise financing guarantee, energy cooperation, internet platform financing; In terms of business development, this paper puts forward the electricity generation and sales integration model, regional energy interconnection model of multi-energy supply, Internet ＋ energy model, comprehensive energy service model, technical service model and other new forms; In terms of construction operation, large-scale energy service companies need to be develop. Mature business model is the future important engine to build a new blue ocean of distributed energy economy under the subsidies decreasing situation.
