计及低碳效益的配电网降损方案组合优选模型
摘要:目前,配电网的降损节能改造是以设备更新、电网结构优化、电网重构、无功补偿以及运行优化等为手段的一项系统工程。国内外针对配电网降损节能方案的研究也很多,但对于优选降损措施问题而言,已有研究普遍存在降损方式较单一、方案组合优化难成体系等问题;而且,对计及低碳效益的降损方案优选模型的研究还少有报道。鉴于此,给出与配电网能效指标相对应的各项降损措施;考虑降损所带来的低碳效益,提出计及低碳效益的配电网降损方案组合优选模型和方法。通过IEEE-14节点算例,验证了所提出的模型和方法具有良好的可操作性。

Abstract:At present, the loss reduction and energy saving transformation of distribution network is a systematic project by means of equipment renewal, grid structure optimization, grid reconfiguration, reactive power compensation and operation optimization. There are a lot of researches on loss reduction and energy-saving schemes for distribution network at home and abroad, but for the optimization of loss reduction measures, there are many problems such as single loss reduction method and difficult to form a system of scheme combination optimization. Moreover, few studies have been done on the optimization model of loss reduction schemes considering low carbon efficiency. In view of this, this paper establishes various loss reduction measures corresponding to the energy efficiency index of distribution network, considers the low-carbon benefits brought by loss reduction, and puts forward a combination optimization model and method of loss reduction schemes of distribution network taking into account the low-carbon benefits. The example of IEEE-14 node proves that the proposed model and method have good maneuverability.
