大型玻璃企业智慧能源系统研究
摘要:大型玻璃企业能源需求包含冷、热、电、汽、气等能源形式，同时生产工艺产生大量余热，因此，玻璃生产厂区的能源系统是典型的综合能源系统。深入研究国内某大型玻璃企业厂区的能源系统和工艺流程，梳理玻璃企业的能源需求及多能耦合关系，剖析主要生产工序的能耗。提出基于分层一体化管控架构的智慧能源管控系统及调度方法，实现厂区能源系统的运行管理和协调优化调度。同时，提出基于玻璃熔化能耗的玻璃熔窑评估指标和基于单位玻璃产品综合能耗的企业综合能源系统评估指标的在线评估方法，实现企业综合能源系统运行效率的量化。调度方法的提出及评估指标的建立，实现了玻璃企业能源供应和使用的闭环管理，提高了玻璃企业能源利用效率。
Abstract：The energy demand of large glass enterprise includes cold, heat, electricity, steam, gas and other forms of energy, and the production process produces a large amount of waste heat. Therefore, the energy system of the glass production plant is a typical integrated energy system. This paper deeply studies the energy system and process flow of a large glass enterprise in China, sorts out the energy demand and multi-energy coupling relationship of glass enterprises, and analyzes the energy consumption of main production processes. The intelligent energy management and control system and scheduling method based on the hierarchical integrated management and control architecture are proposed to realize the operation management and coordination and optimal scheduling of the plant energy system. At the same time, this paper puts forward the evaluation index of glass melting furnace based on the energy consumption of glass melting and the online evaluation method of enterprise comprehensive energy system evaluation index based on the comprehensive energy consumption of unit glass, so as to realize the quantification of the operation efficiency of enterprise comprehensive energy system. The proposed scheduling method and the establishment of evaluation indexes realize the closed-loop management of energy supply and use in glass enterprises and improve their energy utilization efficiency.
