Abstract:Owing to the lack of comprehensive evaluation index system of the integrated energy system (IES) at user side, starting from the overall performance of IES, this paper proposes a scientific and systematic evaluation index system considering four aspects, including the energy efficiency, cost effective, power quality and environmental protection. The calculation methods of each index are given based on timing simulation and sequential Monte Carlo simulation. A commercial and residential mixed area in northern city of China is taken as an example for simulation analysis to verify the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation indicator system. The simulation results show that the proposed evaluation index system can be used as the basis of planning scheme decision for IES at user side.
