消纳分布式电源和电动汽车的交直流混合中压配电网供电模式
摘要:随着越来越多的分布式电源和电动汽车接入配电网,二者随机性共同作用会加剧电网的峰谷差,影响电网安全经济运行。针对传统交流配电网在消纳高渗透率分布式电源和大规模电动汽车方面的不足,将传统配电网中的部分交流线路升级改造为直流线路,并通过换流器与现有交流线路相连。提出多种交直流混合配电网供电模式,根据配电网电阻R和电抗X比例特性,充分利用有功功率P和无功功率Q的电压调节能力,提出交直流混合配网的电压控制方法;以高渗透率分布式电源和大规模电动汽车接入电网引起的节点电压偏移量最小为衡量指标,对比分析不同交直流供电模式在消纳高渗透率分布式电源和大规模电动汽车方面的能力。通过算例仿真验证了所提方案的正确性和可行性,提高了配电网消纳分布式电源和电动汽车的能力,有利于电网安全经济运行。
Abstract:With more and more distributed generation (DG) and electric vehicle (EV) integrated to distribution network, the randomness of the two will increase the peak valley difference and affect the safety and economic operation of the power grid. Due to the shortage of accommodating high penetration DG and large-scale EV in distribution network, this paper upgrades AC lines to DC lines, and connects them through voltage source converter (VSC); and proposes a variety of power supply modes of hybrid AC/DC distribution network. Then, according to the proportional characteristic of resistance R and reactance X of distribution network, this paper fully uses the voltage regulation capability of active power P and reactive power Q, proposes the voltage control method for hybrid AC/DC distribution network, and taking the minimum node voltage deviation caused by the access of high penetration DG and large-scale EV as measure index, compares and analyzes the ability of different AC and DC distribution network structures in the accommodating high penetration of DG and large-scale EV. Simulation results verifies the correctness and feasibility of the proposed scheme, which can improve the ability of distribution network accommodating DG and EV and is beneficial to the safe and economical operation of the power grid.
