Abstract:Biomass gasification coupled with coal-fired power generation can make full use of biomass resources in China, reduce coal combustion, improve energy structure, and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. In order to analyze the energy flow and loss distribution of biomass gasification-coal fired coupling power generation system, based on the first law and the second law of thermodynamics, this paper establishes the energy flow and exergy flow analysis models to calculate energy flow and exergy flow diagram. The results show that when adopting scientific and reasonable gas distribution mode, the combustion stability of boiler is almost not affected; under the condition of the rated condition (THA), 75%THA and 50%THA,the system energy efficiency are 32.39%, 31.93% and 31.38%, and the exergy efficiency are 30.27%, 31.83% and 30.35%. Biomass gasification coupled with coal-fired power generation system has higher energy efficiency than that of the existing biomass direct fired power plant project, and its technical and economic benefits are obvious. Energy loss and exergy loss analysis can lay a theoretical foundation for system design and optimization, and indicate the application direction of biomass gasification coupled with coal-fired power generation system.
