基于Kolmogorov熵的气固鼓泡流化床中空隙率波动信号分析
摘要:气固流动状态决定了流化床中气固两相的混合、传热和传质特性,对流化床装置的设计、运行和监测起着重要作用。在实验室内搭建的冷态气固鼓泡流化床上,采用颗粒浓度测量仪测量了不同工况条件下流化床床中心的空隙率波动信号,通过混沌分析的方法分析气固鼓泡床中空隙率时间序列的Kolmogorov熵及其分布特征,研究表观气速、静床高度和床体尺寸对Kolmogorov熵的影响规律。研究结果表明:表观气速对Kolmogorov熵的影响最大,静床高度次之,床体尺寸最小。
Abstract:The gas-solid flow state determines the gas-solid mixing, heat and mass transfer characteristics in the fluidized bed, and plays an important role in the design, operation and monitoring of the fluidized bed device. In a self-built cold gas-solid bubbling fluidized bed, voidage fluctuation signals were measured using the particle concentration measuring instrument at the center of the fluidized bed under different working conditions, and were analyzed by chaotic theory using Kolmogorov entropy. The influences of apparent gas velocity, static bed height and bed size were studied. It shows the apparent gas velocity has the largest influence on Kolmogorov entropy, followed by the static bed height, and the smallest is bed size.
