超临界循环流化床机组全负荷段深度调峰方法研究
摘要:随着新能源发电装机容量不断扩大,火力发电市场受到严重挤压,为了满足电网深度调峰的需求,火电厂需要承担起深度调峰的重任,循环流化床机组可以采用停炉不停机的方式参与深度调峰。以山西某电厂超临界350MW循环流化床机组为研究对象,分析了超临界循环流化床机组2种典型汽水系统全负荷段深度调峰方法,对其中的操作要点进行了详细的阐述,并就操作过程中需要特别关注的问题进行了分析,也提出了相应的防控措施。分析表明:超临界循环流化床机组可以采用2种典型汽水系统实现全负荷段深度调峰;加装炉水循环泵系统投资大、操作复杂,增设贮水箱到除氧器管路投资小、操作简单,但是加装炉水循环泵系统参与全负荷段调峰时,各系统稳定性较好。
Abstract:With the expansion of installed capacity of new energy power generation, the thermal power market has been severely squeezed. To meet the needs of grid flexibility, thermal power plants are required to undertake the task of deep peak shaving. Circulating fluidized bed units can be used without shutdown. It takes a supercritical 350MW circulating fluidized bed unit in a power plant in Shanxi Province as the research object. Two kinds of deep peak shaving methods of supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit's typical steam-water systems were analyzed. Some problems that might be encountered during operation were analyzed. Corresponding prevention and control measures were provided. Finally, the analysis shows that the supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit can use two typical steam-water systems to achieve full load deep peak shaving. The investment of adding boiler water circulating pump system is large, and the operation is complex. The investment of adding water storage tank to deaerator pipeline is small, and the operation is simple. However, when the boiler water circulating pump system is added to participate in full load deep peak shaving, the stability of each system is better.
