新型超临界参数燃煤发电系统结构设计技术
摘要:依据不可逆热力循环功效价值的基本原理,分析热力循环系统的不可逆过程,提出“等效卡诺循环效率”的概念,拓展了经典热力学理论及分析方法。同时提出超临界参数燃煤发电热力循环机组“卡诺耗散热机”与“动力岛”设计理念,进一步给出了供需一体、质量耦合、能级利用的设计原则,以及功效价值的评价方法。为超高参数燃煤发电热力循环机组的优化设计,提供了一种更有效的新途径。
Abstract:According to the basic principle of the irreversible thermodynamic cycle value, the irreversible process of the thermodynamic cycle system was analyzed. The concept of "equivalent Carnot cycle efficiency" was proposed, and the classical thermodynamic theory and analysis method were expanded. At the same time, the design concept of "Cano consumption heat sink" and "power island" for supercritical parameters coal-fired power generation thermodynamic cycle unit was proposed, and the design principle of supply and demand integration, mass coupling and energy level utilization, and evaluation method of efficacy value were further given. These provide a more effective new approach for optimized designs of ultra-high-parameter coal-fired power generation thermodynamic cycle units.
