电动汽车充电对电网安全风险影响及管控措施研究
摘要:随着政府的重点扶持和政策激励,电动汽车市场蓬勃发展,这极大地刺激了电动汽车充换电设施的建设运营,对电网运行检修的安全带来较大影响。通过介绍电动汽车充电对电网的安全风险影响因素,识别影响因素和仿真模拟,分析了电动汽车充电和放电对配网的影响,并对安全风险影响进行评估,最后在电动汽车的规划、建设、运维、自建自管等方面做出安全风险管控措施建议。
Abstract:With the government's supporting and incentives policy, the electric vehicle market obtains rapid development, which greatly stimulates the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging facilities. And this brings great impact on the safety of power grid. This paper introduced the security risk factors of electric vehicle charging on the power grid. Based on identifying the factors, the impact of electric vehicle charging and discharging on the distribution grid was analyzed by simulation analysis, and the security risks was also assessed. Finally the management controls of security risks in the planning, construction, operation, and self-management of electric vehicle charging facilities are proposed.
