永磁涡流风力制热装置的参数设计
摘要:永磁涡流制热是利用风能的一种制热形式,因其对风质要求低、装置结构相对简单且拥有较高的制热效率,是分布式能源的有效应用。以永磁涡流制热装置为研究对象,根据电磁场原理推导制热装置运行输入转矩,将其与垂直轴风力机输入转矩进行对比,建立关于装置内部不同部件之间几何参数关系的数学模型,确定永磁涡流制热装置各部件结构参数,为永磁涡流制热装置布置的参数设计提供参考。
Abstract:Permanent magnet eddy current heating is a heating form using wind energy. Because of its low requirement on wind quality, relatively simple device structure and high heating efficiency, it is an effective application of distributed energy. Taking the permanent magnetic eddy current heating device as the research object, the input torque of the heating device, which was deduced according to the principle of electromagnetic field, was compared with the input torque of the vertical axis wind turbine. A mathematical model of the relationship between the geometric parameters of different components inside the device was established, and the components of the permanent magnet eddy current heating device were determined, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of a more reasonable permanent magnet eddy current heating device structure.
