基于振动分析的风力发电机故障诊断方法
摘要:针对风力发电机组工况复杂多变、故障率高、难以通过单一信号处理方法实现有效的机组状态监测诊断等难题,提出一种基于振动信号分析、集成多种常用信号处理方法的风力发电机故障诊断方法。以风力发电机组的结构参数和运行特点为切入点,分析了机组运行过程中故障的产生机理和类型,通过多测点振动信息采集获得某型双馈式风机发电机典型工况下的振动特性;先后运用时域、频域以及包络解调方法对信号进行分析处理,提取出振动信号中隐含的故障特征信息;最后拆解风机发电机,更换报告结果验证了该方法的有效性
Abstract:In view of the wind power equipment running in the condition of various speed and unstable loads, and cannot be monitored and diagnosed effectively with merely one signal processing method,the methods of wind turbines fault diagnosis based on vibration analysis and hybridize several commonly used signal processing methods are proposed. According to the structural parameters and operating features of wind turbines,faults mechanism and types of wind turbines are analyzed. Then extract the fault characteristic frequency hidden in the vibration signal using the time-domain,frequency-domain and envelope spectrum methods. Finally,the result of dissembling the wind turbine validates effectiveness of the proposed method.
