三维变形管MVR蒸发器用于纤维素生产末端废水零排放项目
摘要:摘要蒸发器的换热性能对机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)系统投资及运行均有着重要影响。MVR蒸发器的管内传热与压降性能在基于三维变形管和直圆管的情况下存在明显差异。建立了考虑盐水浓度修正的三维变形管MVR蒸发器性能准则关联式,设计一套用于纤维素生产末端废水零排放项目的新型蒸发器。应用实践表明,相对于传统直圆管的MVR蒸发器,基于三维变形管的新型MVR蒸发器节材节能效果显著,其在节省29%换热面积的情形下仍能完全满足工程实际需要。在现场调研期间MVR系统处理每吨废水的压缩机耗电量在18.81 ~ 23.78 kW∙h之间,体现出新型蒸发器高能效的技术特性,极具应用推广价值。
Abstract::The heat transfer performance of an evaporator significantly impacts on the investment and operation of a mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) system. The in-tube heat transfer and pressure drop performances of MVR evaporators differ significantly between those based on three-dimensional deformed tubes and straight circular tubes. The performance criterion correlation equation of the MVR evaporator with a 3D deformed tube considering the brine concentration correction was established, and a set of new evaporator was designed for the zero wastewater discharge project at the end of cellulose production. Application practice shows that, compared with the traditional straight circular tube MVR evaporator, the new MVR evaporator based on a three-dimensional deformed tube has significant material and energy saving benefits, which can still fully meet the actual needs of the project with a saving of 29% of the heat exchange area. During the on-site investigation, the power consumption of the compressor of the MVR system per ton of wastewater treated was between 18.81 and 23.78 kW∙h, which reflected the high energy-efficiency technical characteristics of the new evaporator, and was of great value for application and promotion.
