风电机组叶片损伤故障检测技术研究进展
摘要:摘要风力发电规模稳步增长的同时,风电机组叶片损伤故障检测技术也应得到相应发展。对风电机组叶片典型故障的产生原因及其类型进行了总结归纳;其次回顾了声发射、超声波、振动、红外热成像以及计算机视觉等五种检测技术的工作原理,并分别对其特点进行了对比分析;最后为助力实现风电行业高质量可持续发展,探讨了未来风电机组叶片损伤故障检测技术的发展趋势。
Abstract::While the scale of wind power generation is steadily increasing, the damage and fault detection technology for wind turbine blades should also achieve corresponding development. This article summarizes the causes and types of typical damages of wind turbine blades. Then it reviews the working principles of five detection technologies, including acoustic emission, ultrasonic, vibration, infrared thermal imaging, and computer vision, and compares their characteristics. Finally, in order to help achieve high-quality and sustainable development in the wind power industry, the development trend of future wind turbine blade damage fault detection technology is discussed.
