铜铟镓硒柔性薄膜太阳电池碱金属掺杂技术进展
摘要:摘要便携式充能市场的发展带来对柔性电池的增量需求,铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜电池是目前市场上主要应用的柔性电池,极具发展前景。介绍了铜铟镓硒柔性薄膜电池碱金属掺杂工艺技术的发展,分析了碱金属掺杂对电池效率提升的影响以及在产业化中存在的问题,并从工艺研究、设备制造和掺杂机理等方面对碱金属掺杂技术的进一步发展提出了建议。
Abstract::The development of the portable charging market increases the demand for flexible solar cells. Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) solar cell is the major applications in the market, which indicates great prospects. In this paper, the development of the alkali doping technology of CIGS solar cells was introduced. The effect of alkali treatments on the efficiency of solar cells and the issues in industrialization were analyzed. At last, suggestions on process research, equipment manufacture, and the mechanism research of alkali doping were proposed.
