折流式动力电池液冷板流动传热性能强化
摘要:摘要发展新能源汽车是助力双碳战略的有效措施之一,动力电池的热安全和热衰减问题制约了新能源汽车的发展。针对这一问题设计折流式动力电池液冷板,研究结构参数对其流动传热特性的影响,对比不同局部连通方式的优化效果。结果表明,折流板长且多的冷板具有更好的综合换热性能,局部连通结构能够同时提升折流式冷板的综合换热性能和温度均匀性,增加连通口数量及最后连通口与流道拐角的距离能够进一步提升优化效果,最大分别可提升25.62%和7.84%。
Abstract::The development of new energy vehicles is one of the effective measures to support the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy. Thermal safety and thermal attenuation problems of power battery restrict the development of new energy vehicles. The influence of structural parameter on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the baffled cold plate were studied. The optimization effect of different local connection methods was compared. The results showed that the comprehensive heat transfer performance of the baffled cold plate with long and multi baffles was better. The comprehensive heat transfer performance and temperature uniformity of the baffled cold plate with local connection structure were improved at the same time. Increasing the local slit number and the distance between the last slit and the channel corner of the flow channel can further improve the optimization effect by 25.62% and 7.84%, respectively.
