浅埋暗挖管棚超前预支护的受力分析
摘要:以荷载-结构分析为主,将管棚作为弹性地基梁考虑,而将上部覆土单纯作为荷载考虑,结合一般管棚预支护作用下的地下工程开挖过程,根据经典的Winkler模型初参数解,全面动态分析开挖过程中管棚各段的受力过程,提出了开挖过程中管棚全段的计算方程。以某一地下通道开挖为例,通过解析计算和有限差分数值模拟两种方法比对,得出了与工程经验较一致的结果,对管棚法施工及设计具有一定的参考意义。
Abstract:Pipe roof method, one of the advanced support patterns in underground engineering, is often used in the construction of shallow excavation. During the period of construction, the responses and deformation of the pipe umbrella are complex, so the theoretical analysis and calculation of the pipe umbrella is necessary. Based on the loading-structure mode, which regards the pipe as an Winkler elastic foundation beam and the covering soil as the load, combined with the usual excavation way in the underground engineering under the pre-support of the pipe umbrellas, an overall analysis on every excavation step is given, and calculation equations of pipe responses for the whole pipe is put forward. Then, with the example of a certain shallow buried underpass, the analytic method and FDM numerical simulation is adopted respectively. Finally, the comparation of the results and practical experiences proves that the analytic method presented is reasonable and can be referred for the pipe proofing design and construction.
