某建筑物不均匀沉降原因分析
摘要:对某住宅楼出现差异沉降的现象进行验算与分析,发现楼基础外非地基处理加固区大面积回填土是造成该工程出现差异沉降超常的主要原因;同时,还探讨了该工程还存在不同基础型式、基础施工完毕后未及时回填、新近回填土条件下水泥土搅拌桩地基处理等问题。

Abstract:This paper calculated and analyzed the difference settlement of a building, the un-treated sounding areas of the building have extra load is the main reason for the situation.Meantime, this paper also discuessed the issues as different foundation type, backfilling time, and the cement mixing piling construction in the new backfilled area issue, etc.
