软土地区邻近地铁深大基坑开挖的设计实践
摘要:苏州新越百货项目基坑是软土地区典型的深大基坑,南侧与新投入运营的地铁一号线区间最近距离仅12 m,与时代广场车站地下室外墙最近距离仅6 m,有严格的环境保护要求和复杂的地质条件。同时,项目建设工期紧张,从工程桩施工完毕到塔楼结构封顶时间不足20个月,常规的基坑设计施工方案难以实现以上要求。介绍了基坑_亡程的重难点,并采取了以下针对性的措施:基坑及地下结构分区、钢支撑轴力伺服系统、复合地下连续墙技术、超深地下连续墙隔断承压水技术等。通过对监测数据的分析,围护体测斜、地铁线路位移、隧道结构变形、承压水水位等各项指标均在规定值内,确保了主体结构施工工期及地铁线路的顺利运营。
Abstract:Foundation pit of Suzhou's Shin Kong Mitsukoshi project is a typical deep foundation pit in soft soil area,the nearest distance is only 12 meters on the south side with the new metro line interval,and only 6 meters with Times Square Station basement exterior wall The pit has the strict environmental protection request and complicated geological conditions.Simultaneously,the project construction period is very nervous,and less than 20 months from engineering piles completed to the tower cap structure completed,the conventional scheme is difficult to achieve the above requirements.This paper introduces the excavation engineering difficulties,and targeted measures taken-the pit and underground structure partition,steel support axial force servo system,the composite diaphragm wall,isolating confined water with ultra-deep diaphragm wall etc.Through the analysis of the monitoring data,slop monitoring,the subway structure displacement,confined water indicators are within the prescribed values,the construction period of main structure and the smooth operation of Metro line are ensured.
