新型钢管-锚杆组合体在隧道滑坡加固中的应用
摘要:我国幅员辽阔,地质条件复杂多变,隧道施工过程中洞口滑坡形成往往是多方因素综合作用的结果,在充分利用既有成熟工艺防治的同时,因地制宜地开展新技术与新工艺的研究尤为必要。以四川蓬安高屋基隧道滑坡治理工程为依托,将常规钢管与全黏结锚杆相结合形成复合加固体系:利用大直径钢管的护壁能力,有效控制无套管跟进钻孔时的塌孔问题,降低了超长锚杆的施工难度;钢管作为受力构件共同参与工作,改善单一锚杆筋体强度不足的缺陷;通过管内劈裂渗透注浆,改善滑带土体性质,进一步约束滑体变形。加固后边坡整体稳定、坡体变形可控,可为类似工程提供技术参考。
Abstract:China has a vast territory and complex geological conditions. In the process of tunnel construction, the formation of landslide at the entrance of a tunnel is often the result of comprehensive action of many factors. It is necessary to carry out research on new technology and new process according to local conditions while making full use of the existing mature technology for prevention and control. Based on the landslide treatment project of Gaowuji tunnel in Pengan, Sichuan Province, a composite reinforcement system of conventional steel pipe with fully bonded anchor is introduced: by using the wall protection capacity of large-diameter steel pipe, effectively control the hole collapse during the follow-up drilling without casing, and reduce the construction difficulty of super long anchor; the steel pipe, as a load-bearing component, participates in the work together to improve the defect of insufficient strength of single anchor bar; the soil properties of the sliding zone are improved and the deformation of the sliding body is further restrained by the split seepage grouting in the pipe. After reinforcement, the whole slope is stable and the deformation of slope body is controllable, which can provide technical reference for similar projects.
