临近建筑物的基坑支护结构体系设计研究
摘要:以天津慧宁嘉园基坑支护工程为背景,采用ABAQUS建立了临近建筑物的软土基坑开挖模型,以建筑物最大倾斜度作为评判标准,分析了支护结构体系中各要素对临近建筑物变形的影响特征。结果表明:①增加建筑物距基坑的距离可有效地控制建筑物的沉降和倾斜;②增加内支撑高度或内支撑钢筋预应力可有效控制临近建筑物的沉降和变形;③围护桩的混凝土强度和桩径对建筑物的沉降和倾斜影响不大,增加围护桩的桩长可有效的控制建筑物的沉降和倾斜;④增大土层黏聚力和内摩擦角可有效控制建筑物的沉降和倾斜,可以作为特定情况下建筑物保护措施的选项。
Abstract:ABAQUS sottware is used to establish the model ot excavation of soft soft foundation pit approaching building in Huining Jiayuan residential quarte,Tianjin.The maximum inclination of building is taken as the criterion to analyze the features of influence of each element in the support structure system on the deformation of the adjacent building.Several conclusions were drawn:①Increasing the distance between the building and the foundation pit can effectively control the settlement and inclination of the building.②Increasing the height of the inner support or the prestress of the internal support can effectively control the settlement and deformation of the adjacent building.③The concrete strength,the diameter and length of pile have little influence on the settlement and inclination of building.④Increasing the cohesion and angle of internal friction of the soil can effectively control the settlement and inclination of the building,which can be used as an option for the protection of building under certain circumstances.
