北京通州地区深厚砂层后注浆灌注桩抗拔系数试验分析
摘要:北京市通州地区某工程场地情况为深厚砂层,从该工程的单桩竖向抗压及抗拔静载现场试验,选取两个试验区各3根桩身全长桩侧后注浆灌注抗拔桩和桩身全长桩侧及桩端后注浆灌注抗压桩为研究对象,首先对试验桩的现场试验数据进行处理,得到各试验桩的侧阻力曲线;其次对抗拔桩与抗压桩在极限荷载下侧摩阻力的发挥情况进行比较,简要分析了砂土地基中抗压桩与抗拔桩的桩周各土层侧阻力随荷载增加而变化的受力特性;再以抗拔与抗压试验桩各土层的极限侧摩阻力之比,计算抗拔桩各土层的抗拔系数,并对各土层抗拔系数的取值范围与随深度变化规律进行了详细分析。厚砂层试验计算结果表明,两试验区抗拔桩的抗拔系数范围分别是0.34~0.67和0.31~0.63,其中试验桩桩周中上部土层的抗拔系数范围分别是0.51~0.67和0.51~0.63,桩身下部土层侧阻力发挥不充分,抗拔系数均小于0.5。该试验成果可为此地区深厚砂层抗拔桩的设计和理论研究提供参考。
Abstract:This paper is based on the results of a field static load test on compression and uplift single piles in thick sand layers at Tongzhou district,Beijing.In this paper,each of three uplift and compression post-grouting of full length bored concrete piles from two test sites were selected.First,in order to obtain the shaft resistance curve of the each test pile,the field test data were processed.Second,compared the performance of shaft resistances between two types of piles under the ultimate load and then briefly analyzed the mechanical properties of uplift and compression piles in varies soil layers under increasing load.Third,the uplift coefficient of the soil layers was calculated by the ratio of the ultimate shaft resistance of the uplift and compression test piles.The range of the uplift coefficient of different soil layers and variation tendency varies in depth were discussed and analyzed in detail.It shows that the uplift coefficient ranges of the uplift piles in the two experimental sites are 0.34~0.67 and 0.31~0.63.The uplift coefficient range of soil layers above the middle of the test pile are 0.51~0.67 and 0.51~0.63.The uplift coefficient of soil layers near the lower-middle part of test piles are less than 0.5 in both test sites,due to insufficient performance of shaft resistance from surrounding soil layers.The results from this paper can provide the reference for design and theoretical research of uplift pile in thick sand layers of this area.
