Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofaero-engines,theturbineinlettemperaturecontinuestorise.Inordertoensurethesafetyandreliabilityoftheturbineblades,coolingstructuresmustbesetinsideturbinebladestocoolthem.Heattransfercoefficientandflowresistancearethekeyparameterstomeasurethecoolingcharacteristicsofinternalcoolingstructures.Inthispaper,thecharacteristicsofflowresistanceinarotatingribbedchannelispresentednumericalsimulationunderdifferentribspacings,ribangles,andthermalboundaryconditions.Theresultsshowthat,separationandreattachmentoffluidbetweenribsisthekeyeffectofribspacingonflowresistance.Theflowresistanceissmallwhentheribspacingissmall,becauseit'sdifficultforthefluidtoformreattachmentbetweentheribs.Withtheincreaseofribspacing,thereattachmentphenomenonismoreobviousandtheflowresistanceincreasesaccordingly.Ingeneral,p:e=10channelhasthemaximumflowresistance.Secondaryflowcausedbytheribsisthekeyfactoraffectingtheflowresistancecharacteristicswithdifferentribangles.Thesecondaryflowinteractswiththemainflowandcausesflowlossthroughmixing,thusaffectingtheflowresistanceofthechannel.Understaticcondition,theflowresistanceof60°ribbedchannelisthelargest.Theflowresistanceofchannelwasaffectedbythetemperatureriseratioalso.AndwiththeincreaseoftheRo,thetemperatureriseratiohasamoreobviouseffectontheflowresistanceoftheribbedchannel.WhenRo=0.45,theflowresistanceofthechannelwithatemperatureriseratioof0.4is2.4timesthatofthechannelwithouttemperaturerise,whilewhenRo=0.3,itis1.6times,andwhenRo=0.15,itis1.2times.
