摘要：随着双碳目标的提出,建设以新能源为主体的新型电力系统逐步推进,储能可有效解决高比例新能源导致的充裕度与灵活性.但在现行电力市场机制下,相较于传统机组由于储能能量有限的特征,其对系统的贡献往往难以准确评估.为此,针对储能自身的特性综述了储能容量可信度的影响因素以及国内外储能容量可信度的计算方法;聚焦储能和新能源的联合体在容量可信度评估方面的特殊性,总结了英美储能及储能与新能源参与容量市场的方式.在此基础上,结合中国电力市场建设的现状,探讨了储能参与市场的普遍性问题与面临的困难,对中国未来推动储能参与市场提出了相关建议.
Abstract：Withtheintroductionofcarbonpeakingandcarbonneutralitygoals,theconstructionofanewtypeofpowersystemcenteredaroundnewenergysourcesisgraduallyadvancing.Inthiscontext,energystoragecaneffectivelyaddresstheissuesofreliabilityandflexibilityresultingfromahighproportionofnewenergysources.Inthecurrentelectricitymarketmechanism,comparedtotraditionalpowergenerationunits,thecontributionofenergystoragesystemstothesystemisoftenchallengingtoassessaccuratelyduetothelimitedenergystoragecapacity.Toaddressthisissue,firstly,thereisanoverviewofthefactorsinfluencingthecapacitycreditofenergystoragecapacityandthemethodsusedforcalculatingthecapacitycreditofenergystoragecapacitydomesticallyandinternationally.Then,thefocusshiftstotheuniquenessofassessingcapacitycreditinthesynergybetweenenergystorageandnewenergysources.Additionally,theapproachestakenbytheUnitedKingdomandtheUnitedStatesinintegratingenergystorageintocapacitymarketsanditsparticipationwithnewenergysourcesaresummarized.Buildinguponthisfoundation,whenconsideringChina'selectricitymarketdevelopment,adiscussionisconductedregardingthecommonchallengesanddifficultiesfacedbyenergystorageparticipationinthemarket.RelevantrecommendationsforpromotingenergystorageparticipationintheChinesemarketarealsopresentedforthefuture.
