摘要:随着新能源高比例接入电力系统,尤其用户侧随机性和波动性较大的分布式光伏大容量接入10kV中压配电网并网运行,导致系统电压波动较频繁,易造成常规变电站10kV侧并联电容器组无功补偿更加频繁投切,常规无功补偿投切断路器容性开合能力已不满足要求,因此有必要开展高容性开合能力真空断路器关键技术研究及工程化样机研制.文中分析了实际三相背靠背电容器组投切工况,提出了容性开合能力提升影响因素,据此提出无功补偿快速真空断路器关键技术参数,设计了快速真空断路器同轴垂直分相操作结构并阐述工作原理.优化设计了断路器分合闸特性以适配容性开合性能,开展了高压大电流老练试验技术研究,提升了触头表面组织形貌,提高了抗熔焊能力和介质恢复速度.为进一步提高容性开合能力,结合选相技术,提出了选相关合策略,研究影响关合算法精度的影响因素,确保充分抑制关合涌流产生.依据上述研究成果,研制了12kV无功补偿用高容性电寿命快速真空断路器,并开展了型式试验验证,试验结果表明该快速真空断路器不选相和选相分别完成2轮C2级共计416次三相背靠背电容器组开合试验,试验过程中未发生重击穿现象,性能指标满足技术要求,具备工程应用条件.
Abstract:Withthehighproportionofnewenergyaccesstothepowersystem,especiallythelarge-capacitydistributedphotovoltaicaccesstothe10kVmedium-voltagedistributionnetworkwithlargerandomnessandvolatilityontheuserside,itiseasytocausethereactivepowercompensationoftheshuntcapacitorbankonthe10kVsideoftheconventionalsubstationtobeswitchedfrequently,andtheconventionalcapacitiveopeningandclosingspecialswitchdoesnotmeettherequirements.Therefore,itisnecessarytocarryoutthekeytechnologyresearchandengineeringprototypedevelopmentofhigh-capacityopeningandclosingelectricallifevacuumcircuitbreakers.Inthispaper,theactualswitchingconditionsofthree-phaseback-to-backcapacitorbanksareanalyzed,andthekeytechnicalparametersoffastvacuumcircuitbreakerswithhighelectricallifeareproposed.Thestructureandworkingprincipleofthecircuitbreakeraredesigned.Thecoaxialverticalsplit-phaseoperationstructurecanbeusedtorealizetheselectivecorrelationclosing,andtheopeningandclosingcharacteristicsareoptimizedtoadapttothecapacitiveperformance.Theresearchonhigh-voltageandhigh-currentagingtechnologyhasbeeninnovativelycarriedout,whichhasimprovedthesurfacemicrostructureofthecontactsurfaceofthebodycontact,improvedtheanti-weldingabilityandmediumrecoverystrength,correlationselectionstrategyisproposed.Basedonthis,ahigh-precisionclosingalgorithmisstudied,whichfullysuppressesthegenerationofclosinginrushcurrentandimprovesthecapacitiveopeningandclosingability.Basedontheaboveresearchresults,12kVhighcapacitiveelectricallifefastvacuumcircuitbreakerwasdeveloped,andathird-partytypetestverificationwascarriedout.ThetestresultsshowthatthefastvacuumcircuitbreakercompletestworoundsofC2-leveltotal416three-phaseback-to-backcapacitorbankopeningandclosingtestswithoutphaseselectionandphaseselection,respectively.Theperformanceindicatorsmeetthetechnicalrequirementsandhaveengineeringapplicationconditions.
