摘要：研究了Fe/C微电解耦合Fenton工艺对高浓度贲亭酸甲酯生产废水的预处理,在优化反应条件下,氧化出水经中和絮凝沉淀后,COD平均去除率达54%,B/C由0.11提升到0.34.氧化预处理后的废水进入生物倍增系统,经驯化培养完成后,生物倍增系统兼氧区和好氧区的污泥质量浓度分别达10.4、11.5g·L-1以上,较传统污泥增长1.7倍以上.通过逐步提升进水盐分质量浓度对系统进行耐盐驯化,当盐分达到10000mg·L-1时,出水中COD、NH3-N、TN质量浓度平均在400mg·L-1、15mg·L-1、35mg·L-1以下.对于高浓度的生产废水,全流程运行时,最终出水COD、NH3-N、TN质量浓度分别在400mg·L-1、5mg·L-1、20mg·L-1以下,平均去除率分别达到94.5%、97%、90%.
Abstract：Thepretreatmentofhighconcentrationwastewaterfromtheproductionofmethyl3,3-dimethyl-4-pentenoatebyFe/Cmicro-electrolysiscoupledwithFentonprocesswasstudied,undertheoptimizedreactionconditions,theeffluentaftertheoxidationwasneutralized,flocculatedandprecipitated,theaverageremovalrateofCODreached54%,andB/Cincreasedfrom0.11to0.34.Thewastewaterafteroxidationpretreatmententeredthebiologicalmultiplicationsystem,afterdomesticationandcultivation,thesludgemassconcentrationsinthefacultativeandaerobicareasofthebiologicalmultiplicationsystemwere10.4g·L-1and11.5g·L-1respectively,itwas1.7timesmorethantraditionalsludge.Thesalttoleranceofthesystemwasacclimatizedbygraduallyincreasingthesaltmassconcentrationoftheinfluentwater,whenthesalinityreached10000mg·L-1,theaveragemassconcentrationsofCOD,NH3-NandTNintheeffluentwerebelow400mg·L-1,15mg·L-1and35mg·L-1.Forproductionwastewaterwithhighconcentration,whenthewholeprocesswasrunning,themassconcentrationsofCOD,NH3-NandTNinthefinaleffluentwerebelow400mg·L-1,5mg·L-1and20mg·L-1respectively,andtheaverageremovalrateswere94.5%,97%and90%respectively.
