摘要：随着刀具涂层制备技术的发展,刀具的应用领域和适用范围越来越广.涂层的应用大大降低了切削过程中的切削力和切削热,有效提高了刀具的切削效率和切削寿命.本文总结了刀具涂层的特点,阐述了刀具涂层的常用制备工艺及其优缺点,并对刀具涂层的材料和结构进行了分析和总结,阐述了常见刀具涂层的优缺点及相应的研究进展.通过对优化刀具涂层性能方法进行总结,为后续刀具涂层的的研究方向提供了思路.
Abstract：Withthedevelopmentoftoolcoatingpreparationtechnology,theapplicationareasandapplicabilityoftoolsaregettingwiderandwider.Theapplicationofcoatinggreatlyreducesthecuttingforceandcuttingheatinthecuttingprocess,andeffectivelyimprovesthecuttingefficiencyandcuttinglifeofthetool.Inthispaper,thecharacteristicsoftoolcoatingaresummarized.Thecommonpreparationtechnologyoftoolcoatingandtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthecorrespondingtechnologyareexpounded.Atthesametime,thematerialandstructureoftoolcoatingareanalyzedandsum-marized.Theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofcommontoolcoatingandthecorrespondingresearchprogressaredescribed.Themethodsofoptimizingtheperformanceofthetoolcoatingaresummarized,whichprovidesideasforthefutureresearchdirectionofthetoolcoating.
