摘要:隔离开关触头异常发热问题较为突出,影响电网的安全稳定运行.为了及时检测异常发热,提出一种隔离开关温度检测用可逆变色涂料制备方法,并对其性能进行分析研究.采用三组分法以结晶紫内酯为发色剂、双酚A为显色剂、棕榈酸为溶剂制备可逆变色材料,并对其组分质量配比进行优选.结果表明:提高双酚A的质量配比,变色材料颜色加深,变色开始温度和变色结束温度均有所提高.提高棕榈酸的质量配比,变色材料颜色变浅,变色开始温度未见明显变化,而变色结束温度逐渐降低.采用原位聚合法制备变色微胶囊并进行差示扫描量热分析,其发生相变的温度区间与其变色温度范围较为一致,且其热稳定性良好.采用混合搅拌法制备不同配比(持久性就地成型防污闪复合涂料:微胶囊)的变色涂料具有较好的变色性能.各配比变色涂料的水接触角均大于100°,且单位长度沿面闪络电压均大于8.5kV,具有较好的疏水性能和耐电性能.研究成果可为高温高湿运行环境中的隔离开关热致缺陷在线检测提供方法参考.
Abstract:Theproblemofabnormalheatingofdisconnectswitchcontactsisprominentandaffectsthesafeandstableoperationofthepowergrid.Inordertodetectabnormalheatingintime,apreparationmethodforreversiblecol-or-changingcoatingisproposedanditsperformanceisanalyzedandstudied.Thereversiblecolor-changingmaterialispreparedbyusingathree-componentmethodinwhichcrystallinevioletlactoneisusedasthechromogenicagent,bi-sphenolAasthechromogenicagent,andpalmiticacidasthesolvent.Theoptimalcompositionmassratioofitscomponentsisalsodetermined.Theresultsshowthat,withtheincreaseoftheproportionofBPA,thecolorofmaterialbecomesdeep,andthecolor-changingstarttemperatureandendtemperaturebothincrease.Withtheincreaseofthepro-portionofpalmiticacid,thecolorofthematerialbecomeslight,anditscolor-changingstarttemperaturechangesinconspicuously,whiletheendtemperaturedecreasesgradually.Thecolor-changingmicrocapsuleispreparedbyin-situpolymerizationmethodandsubjectedtodifferentialscanningcalorimetricanalysis.Itstemperaturerangeofphasechangeisconsistentwiththetemperaturerangeofcolorchange,anditsthermalstabilityisgood.Thecolor-changingcoatingswithdifferentmassratios(permanent-room-temperature-vulcanizedanti-contaminationflashovercompositecoating:mi-crocapsule)arepreparedbythemixingandstirringmethod,andtheyhavegoodcolor-changingperformance.Thewatercontactanglesofthecolor-changingcoatingswithdifferentmassratiosareallgreaterthan100°,andtheflashovervoltagevaluesperunitlengthalongthesurfaceareallgreaterthan8.5kV,exhibitinggoodhydrophobicandelectricalresistanceproperties.Theresearchresultscanprovideareferenceforonlinedetectionofthermallyinduceddefectsindisconnectswitchesinhightemperatureandhighhumidityoperatingenvironments.
