摘要：随着国际能源紧张,新能源技术普及和应用的需求也大幅增加,电化学储能产业发展迎来机遇.该文从国内电化学储能产业政策、科技发展以及产业布局等角度进行研究分析;探讨市场机制不成熟、标准体系不完善、系统可靠性有待提升、系统安全问题复杂等问题.建议在产业政策层面,需根据国内产业发展的实际阶段加大政策创新力度;在科技发展层面,应更多关注电化学储能系统的标准体系完善、可靠性和安全性提升;在产业布局层面,当前国内电化学储能产业发展基础良好,瓶颈在于商业模式不成熟,模式创新有待加强.
Abstract：Withtheinternationalenergyshortage,thedemandforthepopularizationandapplicationofnewenergytechnologieshassignificantlyincreased,andthedevelopmentofelectrochemicalenergystorageindustryhasusheredinopportunities.Thisarticleconductsresearchandanalysisfromtheperspectivesofdomesticelectrochemicalenergystorageindustrypolicies,technologicaldevelopment,andindustriallayout;Exploreissuessuchasimmaturemarketmechanisms,imperfectstandardsystems,needforimprovementinsystemreliability,andcomplexsystemsecurityissues.Atthelevelofindustrialpolicy,itissuggestedtoincreasepolicyinnovationeffortsbasedontheactualstageofdomesticindustrialdevelopment;Attheleveloftechnologicaldevelopment,moreattentionshouldbepaidtoimprovingthestandardsystem,reliability,andsafetyofelectrochemicalenergystoragesystems;Atthelevelofindustriallayout,thecurrentdevelopmentfoundationofthedomesticelectrochemicalenergystorageindustryisgood,butthebottleneckliesintheimmaturebusinessmodelandtheneedtostrengthenmodelinnovation.
