摘要：镀锡板的生产通常要经过电镀、软熔、钝化和涂油工序以获得综合性能优异的多层结构,电镀与钝化工序的边缘效应往往会使得边部和中部的多层结构存在差异.本文采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计、电化学工作站、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和辉光放电光谱仪(GDS),对比了镀锡板不同部位多层结构的组织结构和组成.结果表明:镀锡板的边部各层在形貌和组分方面均呈现出明显的不均匀性.相对于镀锡板中部,边部的金属锡、合金锡和钝化层各组分含量都更高,镀层的氧化现象更严重.
Abstract：Theprocessflowforproductionoftinplateisusuallycomprisingelectroplating,reflowing,passivation,andoilingtoformamultilayerstructurewithexcellentcomprehensiveperformance.Therearesomedifferencesbetweentheedgeandcenteroftinplateduetotheedgeeffectduringelectroplatingandpassivation.Themicrostructureandcompositionofthemultilayerattheedgeandcenteroftinplatewerecomparedusingscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM),ultraviolet-visiblespectrophotometer,electrochemicalworkstation,X-rayphotoelectronspectroscope(XPS),andglowdischargespectroscope(GDS).Theresultsshowedthatthevariouslayersattheedgeoftinplatewasnonuniforminmorphologyandcomposition.Ascomparedwiththecenteroftinplate,thecontentofeachcomponentinthemetallictinlayer,tinalloylayer,andpassivatelayerwerehigherattheedge,indicatingthatthetincoatingattheedgeoftinplatewasoxidizedmoreseriously.
