摘要：在全球温室效应和气候变暖的大背景下,世界各国和地区相继出台了相关法律法规来控制温室气体的排放.碳足迹方法是衡量温室效应和评价环境影响的重要方法之一.在对工业车辆的全生命期碳足迹评价中,需要收集其全生命周期的碳排放相关数据.这些收集到的数据质量是影响碳足迹核算结果是否真实的关键性因素.目前尚缺少碳足迹数据质量的具体评价方法,又因为对于数据的质量评价通常伴随着较强的主观性,因此,为减少主观因素对数据质量评价的影响,采用层次分析法对数据质量评价进行计算分析,以削弱主观因素对数据质量评价的影响,杜绝低质量数据造成碳足迹核算的误差,从而提高碳足迹核算的真实性.
Abstract：Againstthebackgroundofglobalgreen-houseeffectandclimatewarming,coun-triesandregionsaroundtheworldhavesuccessivelyintroducedrelevantlawsandregulationstocontrolgreenhousegasemissions.Carbonfootprintmethodisoneoftheimportantmethodstomeasuregreenhouseeffectandevaluateenviron-mentalimpact.Inthefull-life-cyclecarbonfootprintevaluationofindustrialvehicles,itisnecessarytocollectdatarelatedtocarbonemissionsthroughouttheirlifecycle.Thequalityofthecollecteddataisacriticalfactoraffectingtheauthenticityofcarbonfootprintaccountingresults.Atpresent,thereisnospecificevaluationmethodforthequalityofcarbonfootprintdata,andtheevaluationofdataqualityisusuallyaccompaniedbystrongsubjectiv-ity.Therefore,toreducetheinfluenceofsubjectivefactorsondataqualityevalua-tion,theanalytichierarchyprocessisusedtocalculateandanalyzedataqualityevalu-ationtoweakentheinfluenceofsubjectivefactorsondataqualityevaluation,elimi-nateerrorsofcarbonfootprintaccountingcausedbylow-qualitydataandimprovetheauthenticityofcarbonfootprintac-counting.
