摘要：针对目前医疗设备存在数据格式不统一、远程医疗系统功能单一等问题,提出一种基于嵌入式的远程医疗监测系统.对远程医疗监测系统进行结构设计,系统由多参数采集系统和基于ARM的嵌入式计算机系统2部分组成;对基于嵌入式的远程医疗监测系统的软件层进行设计,软件层按功能可划分为数据采集模块、网络通信模块以及分析模块;实验阶段以一个模拟仿真系统验证所提方案有效性.实验结果表明:心电图(electrocardiogram,ECG)测量误差和血压测量误差均在±5％之内,所有参数测量值均在标准误差范围内;仿真结果表明远程医疗嵌入式系统能为医疗保健系统发展及服务质量提升提供借鉴作用.
Abstract：Inordertosolvetheproblemsofdifferentdataformatsofmedicalequipmentandsinglefunctionoftelemedicinesystem,atelemedicinemonitoringsystembasedonembeddedsystemisproposed.Thestructureofthetelemedicinemonitoringsystemisdesigned,whichiscomposedofamulti-parameteracquisitionsystemandanARM-basedembeddedcomputersystem.Thesoftwarelayerofthetelemedicinemonitoringsystembasedonembeddedsystemisdesigned,whichcanbedividedintodataacquisitionmodule,networkcommunicationmoduleandanalysismoduleaccordingtoitsfunction;Intheexperimentalstage,asimulationsystemisusedtoverifytheeffectivenessoftheproposedscheme.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthemeasurementerrorsofelectrocardiogram(ECG)andbloodpressurearewithin±5％,andthemeasurementerrorsofallparametersarewithinthestandarderrorrange.Thesimulationresultsverifythattheproposedembeddedtelemedicinesystemprovidesareferenceforthedevelopmentofhealthcaresystemandtheimprovementofservicequality.
