摘要：利用剪切流变仪、布式黏度计,开展基于动态酰腙共价键自修复的凝胶调剖体系性能研究.结果表明:自修复凝胶体系在质量浓度为3000mg·L-1时,随着剪切速率的增加,解缔合作用与缔合作用逐渐达到平衡,黏度趋于稳定;自修复凝胶体系储能模量G'大幅大于损耗模量G",是具有高弹可逆形变的黏弹性流体;自修复凝胶体系对海上Q油田现场污水具有较好的适应性;自修复凝胶体系在前5天黏度下降比较快,5天后下降速率明显减慢,黏度趋于稳定;自修复凝胶体系在1000r·min-1机械剪切1min后仍具有良好的黏度及黏弹性恢复性能.综合以上实验结果,自修复凝胶体系能够保持动态平衡,当剪切后断裂的分子链交联位点碰撞到己二酰肼后发生反应,实现分子链的再延长,从而增加自修复凝胶体系黏度.
Abstract：AccordingtotheoffshoreQoilfieldconditions,theindoorperformanceevaluationoftheselfrepairinggelprofilecontrolsystembasedondynamicacylhydrazonecovalentbondwascarriedout.Theresultsshowedthat,theselfrepairinggelsystemhadamutationmassconcentrationof3000mg·L-1throughtheviscosityincreasingexperiment;TheviscoelasticexperimentshowedthattheselfrepairinggelsystemG'wassignificantlylargerthanG",whichwasaviscoelasticfluidwithhighelasticityandreversibledeformation;ThesewageadaptabilityexperimentshowedthattheselfrepairinggelsystemhadgoodadaptabilitytoQoilfieldon-sitesewage;Accordingtothelong-termstabilityexperiment,theviscosityofselfrepairinggelsystemdecreasedrapidlyinthefirstfivedays,andthedeclineratesloweddownsignificantlyafterfivedays.Theviscosityalmoststabilized,andtheviscositywasstillgreaterthanthatofpolyacrylamide;Theselfrepairingperformanceexperimentshowedthattheselfrepairinggelsystemstillhadgoodviscosityandviscoelasticrecoveryperformanceafter1minmechanicalshearingat1000r·min-1.
