摘要：为了充分挖掘电力负荷的时序性、周期性特点,进而提升配电网储能规划的可靠性与经济性,首先,在对全年3种典型负荷曲线进行相似度分析的基础上,通过有序聚类法对各类负荷曲线按照全年时间序列进行更精细聚类;然后,将配电网中移动储能动态配置的最小时间单位按月规划,进而提出一种基于负荷有序聚类的主动配电网储能规划方法;最后,采用IEEE33节点系统对所提方法进行验证.算例结果表明:考虑负荷实际时序特性的储能配置方案经济性更优,更能真实反映配电网的实际运行情况.该方案是对配电网中储能设备灵活运用的有效扩展,可以更好地服务于主动配电网负荷多变的运行情况,进而更好地发挥储能作用.
Abstract：Tofullyexplorethetemporalandcyclicalcharacteristicsofelectricpowerloadsandfurtherenhancethereliabilityandcost-effectivenessofenergystorageplanningfordistributionnetworks,firstly,basedonthesimilarityanalysisofthreetypicalloadcurvesthroughouttheyear,amorerefinedclusteringisperformedonvariousloadcurvesusingtheorderedclusteringmethodaccordingtotheannualtimeseries.Subsequently,theminimumtimeunitfordynamicallyconfiguringmobileenergystorageinthedistributionnetworkisplannedonamonthlybasis.Therebyanactivedistributionnetworkenergystorageplanningmethodisproposedbasedonorderedclusteringofloads.Finally,theproposedmethodisvalidatedusingtheIEEE-33nodesystem.Thecasestudyresultsindicatethattheenergystorageconfigurationscheme,takingintoaccounttheactualtemporalcharacteristicsoftheload,exhibitsbettereconomicefficiencyandprovidesamorerealisticreflectionoftheactualoperationofthedistributionnetwork.Theapproachrepresentsaneffectiveextensionoftheflexibleutilizationofenergystoragedevicesindistributionnetworks.Itcanbetterservethedynamicoperationalconditionsofactivedistributionnetworks,therebyenhancingtheroleofenergystorage.
