摘要：随着经济社会的发展,对配电网供电可靠性的要求日益增高,研究存在电压相位差的电网合环问题,抑制合环过程中产生的环流,具有重要的应用价值.针对存在30°相位差的35kV电网合环问题展开研究,使用串联变压器和四象限变流器分别进行静态、动态电压补偿.基于电压矢量叠加原理,设计串联移相变压器以补偿两进线端之间的电压差,与传统全功率移相变压器相比,所需变压器容量减半,使成本大幅降低.同时采用四象限变流器进行电压动态补偿,实现电压和相位的在线精准调节.设计在线合环策略,寻找最佳合环点自动合环,实现在线不停电倒负荷,有效改善电网电能质量及供电稳定性,提高配电网合环过程智能化水平.
Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofeconomyandsociety,therequirementsforthereliabilityofdistributionnetworkpowersupplyareincreasingdaybyday.Ithasimportantapplicationvaluetostudytheproblemofpowergridclosurewithvoltagephasedifferenceandtosuppressthecirculationproblemduringtheloopclosureprocess.Inordertoinvestigatetheprob-lemof35kVpowergridclosingwithaphasedifferenceof30°,aseriestransformerandafour-quadrantconverterareusedforstaticanddynamicvoltagecompensation.Basedontheprincipleofvoltagevectorsuperposition,aseriesofphase-shiftingtransformersaredesignedtocompensateforthevoltagedifferencebetweenthetwoinputterminals.Comparedwithtraditionalfull-powerphase-shiftingtransformers,therequiredtransformercapacityishalved,whichgreatlyreducescosts.Meanwhile,afour-quadrantconverterisusedfordynamicvoltagecompensationtoachieveonlineandpreciseadjustmentofvoltageandphase.Anonlineloop-closingstrategyisdesignedtofindthebestloop-closingpoint,andautomaticallyclosethelooptoachieveonlineuninterruptedloadreversal,whicheffectivelyimprovesthepowerqualityandpowersupplystabilityofthepowergrid,andincreasethelevelofintelligenceinthepowergridclosureprocess.
