摘要：为了解决微波整流电路功率容量低、整流效率低、电路尺寸大的问题,提出了一种结构紧凑、整流效率高、频率在2.45GHz的大功率微波整流电路.采用4只肖特基二极管桥设计了两路微波整流电路,其结构具有对称性且共用一个匹配网络和谐波抑制网络,使得电路在整流效率不下降的条件下提升整流电路的功率容量;采用λg/8终端短路微带线并联于二极管与地之间和在射频分流处添加扇形开路支节来设计谐波抑制网络,使得整流二极管的二次、三次谐波被抑制,省去了输入低通滤波器的设计,达到小型化和整流效率的提高.在ADS软件仿真、优化下制作出实物,实测结果表示输入功率为38dBm时,整流效率达70％,电路的尺寸为45mm×65mm.与其他大功率整流电路相比,该电路具有设计方法简单、电路尺寸小、功率容量大、整流效率高的特点,更适合应用到大功率、高电压供能系统中.
Abstract：Inordertosolvetheproblemsoflowpowercapacity,lowefficiencyandlargesizeofmicrowaverectifiercir-cuit,ahigh-powermicrowaverectifiercircuitwithcompactstructure,high-efficiencyandfrequencyof2.45GHzispro-posedinthispaper.FourSchottkydiodebridgesareusedtodesigntwomicrowaverectifiercircuits,whichhavesymmetri-calstructureandshareonematchingnetworkandharmonicsuppressionnetwork,sothattheinputpowercapacitycanbeincreasedwithoutdecreasingtherectifierefficiency.Theapplicationoftheλg/8terminalshort-circuitmicrostriplineinparallelbetweenthediodeandthegroundandtheadditionoffanopenbranchintheradiofrequencydivisionmakethesecondandthirdharmonicsuppressionofrectifierdiode,avoidthedesignofinputlow-passfilter,andachievetheim-provementofminiaturizationandrectificationefficiency.TherealobjectismadeunderADSsoftwaresimulationandopti-mization.Themeasuredresultsshowthattheinputpoweris38dBmandtherectificationefficiencyfrommicrowavetoDCreachesover70％,whichsizeofthecircuitis45mm×58mm.Comparedwithotherhigh-powerrectifiercircuits,thede-signmethodofthecircuitissimple,smallcircuitsize,largepowercapacityandhigh-efficiency,whichismoresuitableforhighpowerandhighvoltagepowersupplysystem.
