摘要:为缓解石油沥青资源匮乏问题,实现废弃回收沥青混合料(reclaimedasphaltpavement,RAP)高效资源化利用,选择粉煤灰、矿渣粉、碱激发剂和其他助剂研发一种新型胶结RAP的地聚物胶结材料(S-FGeopolymer),通过抗压和抗折试验对S-FGeopolymer的基本力学性能和强度形成机理进行研究.结果表明:S-FGeopolymer的最佳配方为m(粉煤灰):m(矿渣粉)=2:1,碱浓度、模数和水胶比分别为0.05、1.2和0.3.在最佳配方下,S-FGeopolymer具有良好的抗压和抗折强度.3d抗压和抗折强度分别为42.33和4.28MPa,7d抗压和抗折强度分别为55.63和5.73MPa,28d抗压和抗折强度分别为72.75和7.42MPa.研究成果可为地聚物材料胶结RAP的理论研究和工程应用提供参考.
Abstract:Thecontinuousimprovementofexpresswaynetworkisofgreatpracticalsignificanceinpromotingtheeconomicandsocialdevelopmentofourcountry.However,themainmaterialforpavingexpresswaypavementisasphaltmixture.Asphaltcementingmaterialandaggregatearenon-renewablematerials.Withthegradualconsumptionofpetroleumasphaltresources,thepriceofasphaltremainshigh.Inordertoachievegreendevelopmentofhighwaysandprotecttheecologicalenvironment,thecostofaggregatesisalsoincreasing.Theincreaseofasphaltandaggregatepriceshasseriouslyaffectedthedevelopmentpatternofexpressways.Inaddition,alargeamountofasphaltpavementmaintenancewillproduceahugeamountofreclaimedasphaltpavement(RAP),whichiscurrentlyappliedtothenewasphaltmixturebyrecycling,buttheutilizationrateofrecycledRAPmaterialsislow.InordertoalleviatetheshortageofpetroleumasphaltresourcesandrealizeefficientutilizationofRAPresources,anewtypeofGeopolymer(S-FGeopolymer)forcementingRAPisdevelopedbyselectingflyash,slagpowder,alkaliactivatorandotherauxiliars.ThebasicmechanicalpropertiesandstrengthformationmechanismofS-FGeopolymerarestudiedthroughcompressiveandflexographictests.Theresultsshowthat:1)Flyash,slagpowder,alkaliactivatorandotherauxiliariesareselectedtodevelopanewtypeofGeopolymercementingRAP(S-FGeopolymer).Theeffectsofdifferentslagpowdercontentandalkaliconcentrationoncompressiveandbendingtestresultsareinvestigation,andthebestformulaisobtainedthatflyash:slagpowder(massfraction)=2:1,alkaliconcentration,modulusandwater-binderratiois0.05,1.2and0.3,respectively.2)ThecontentofslaghasasignificanteffectonthecompressivestrengthofS-FGeopolymer,andthehigherthecontentofslag,thehighertheearlystrength.However,excessiveslagcontentwillcausemicrocracksinS-FGeopolymermaterial,whichwillhaveanegativeimpactontheflexionstrength.Reasonablemaintenancemeasuresshouldbetakentoinhibittheoccurrenceofmicrocracks,suchasfilmcovering.3)TheeffectofalkaliconcentrationoncompressiveandflexionstrengthofS-FGeopolymerliesinthedissolutionrateofactiveSiandAlelementsingellingmaterials,andhasagreatinfluenceontheearlystrengthofslagpowder.However,whenalkaliconcentrationexceedsacertainvalue,thedissolutionofflyashandslagwillbeweakened.Ontheotherhand,thephenomenonof"causticexpansion"willoccurduringthemaintenanceofS-FGeopolymer,whichwilladverselyaffectthemechanicalpropertiesofS-FGeopolymer.TheinfluenceofmodulusonthestrengthofS-FGeopolymermainlycomesfromtheconcentrationofactivesiliconprovidedbythealkalineactivator,whichwillmakethestructureofS-FGeopolymerdenserandstronger.However,aboveacertainvalue,thedissolutionofslagwillbereducedandtheactivesiliconelementswillaccumulate,thusweakeningthemechanicalpropertiesofS-FGeopolymer.TheresearchresultslayafoundationandprovideguidanceforthetheoreticalresearchandfieldengineeringapplicationofgeopolymerincementingRAP.
