摘要："双碳"目标的提出加快了以风光为代表的新能源发电并网.高比例电力电子接口的新能源发电并网将导致电力系统惯量支撑能力弱、频率稳定问题突出.针对风光场站,分布式同步调相机作为旋转元件,在提供电压支撑的同时,还可为系统提供转动惯量继而提升电网频率支撑强度,但高效可行的分布式调相机配置方法尚有待研究.文章提出考虑频率稳定约束的分布式调相机选址定容方法,以节点惯量来评估系统惯量分布并识别系统频率支撑薄弱区域,进而挑选调相机配置地点,并根据临界惯量作为不等式约束,以配置容量最小为优化目标设计了分布式调相机选址定容策略.结合算例分析表明,提出的分布式调相机选址定容策略直接高效,能在调相机总配置容量最低的前提下,更有效地提高系统频率支撑强度.
Abstract：Theproposalofthe"dualcarbon"goalhasacceleratedtheintegrationofnewenergygenerationrepresentedbywindandsolarpowerintothegrid.Thegridconnectionofnewenergygenerationwithahighproportionofpowerelectronicinterfaceswillweakentheinertiasupportcapacityandprominentfrequencystabilityproblemsinthepowersystem.Distributedsynchronouscondensersserveasrotatingcomponentsinwindandsolarpowerstations,providingvoltagesupportandrotationalinertiatothesystem,therebyenhancingthefrequencysupportstrengthofthepowergrid.However,anefficientandfeasibleconfigurationmethodfordistributedcondensersmustbedeveloped.Thispaperproposesadistributedcondenserlocationandsizingmethodthatconsidersfrequencystabilityconstraints.Nodeinertiaisusedtoevaluatethesysteminertiadistribution,identifyweakareasofthesystemfrequencysupport,andselectthecondenserconfigurationlocation.Consideringcriticalinertiaasaninequalityconstraint,adistributedcondenserlocationandsizingstrategyisdesignedwiththeoptimizationgoalofminimizingtheconfigurationcapacity.Basedontheanalysisofnumericalexamples,itisshownthatthedistributedcondenserlocationandcapacitydeterminationstrategyproposedinthispaperisdirectandefficientandcanmoreeffectivelyimprovethesystemfrequencysupportstrengthwhileminimizingthetotalconfigurationcapacityofthecondenser.
